  • We ship Monday - Friday only

  • Orders received before 3 PM will ship the following day (Monday - Friday)

  • Uncle Chip’s is responsible for making the best cookies, packing and getting them to our shipping partners. We are not liable for any shipping delays or concerns with the shipping carrier

  • To specify a different shipping date, please write a note with your order

  • We are happy to accommodate requested shipping dates, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE arrival dates. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS so estimated shipping times are 1-3 days depending on distance from our store in Washington, DC
